Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

We ship to all addresses within the United States. Larger furniture items may require freight shipping and will be coordinated with you directly.

 

Shipment Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be available within 24-48 hours.

 

Damages

NWC Office Furniture LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our team at kenny@nwc-pdx.com or call (503) 706-5595 to file a claim.
